"It Comes At Night" Trailer and Poster

Joel Edgerton is an actor I have respected for a very long time. I think he's very talented, and I have enjoyed several of his movie roles. I like his movies way more often than I hate his movies. Ever since he made "The Gift" a couple years ago, I have trusted his judgement even more. He proved that not only is he a talented actor, but he's got a flair for writing and an eye for direction. If anything comes his way, I am little more interested in it solely because he's proven himself.

Joel Edgerton has a new movie coming out this August, and I am already completely on board. I like a good horror film. I also love it when a movie has a minimalist poster. Take a look...

The film is called "It Comes At Night," here is the official synopsis:

"A man (Joel Edgerton) learns that the evil stalking his family home may be only a prelude to horrors that come from within.
Secure within a desolate home as an unnatural threat terrorizes the world, the tenuous domestic order he has established with his wife and son is put to the ultimate test with the arrival of a desperate young family seeking refuge.
Despite the best intentions of both families, paranoia and mistrust boil over as the horrors outside creep ever-closer, awakening something hidden and monstrous within him as he learns that the protection of his family comes at the cost of his soul."

I am very much looking forward to this film. Its got a good cast and the trailer looks great. This just immidately shot to the top of my most anticipated movie of the year right now! Check out the trailer!
