Peter Dinklage may join "Avengers: Infinity War"

"Avengers: Infinity War" as well as "Avengers 4" will be shooting back-to-back starting this month. So we are probably going to be learning lots about the anticipated sequels in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In fact, we already have. A big piece of news was Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister in "Game of Thrones" and appeared as a villain in "X-Men: Days of Future Past" could end up appearing in "Avengers: Infinity War." This is awesome, because I love Dinklage. I have been a fan way before he was ever on "Game of Thrones" and he's a wonderful actor that brings much depth in any role he plays.

So let's talk about this a little bit.

First of all, no. Before you ask. Just no. This is NOT some stunt to push the Fox properties and Disney properties together. Before the wishful thinking starts, let me just shut that down now. Its not happening. Sure, it happened with Sony. But Fox isn't Sony. Dinklage is not playing Bolivar Trask.

Some people have discussed Pip the Troll
Pip The Troll is a supporting character in Adam Warlock stories. Adam Warlock is a very powerful entity in the cosmic Marvel universe. He was also a big player in the Infinity War stories in the comic books, so its possible we could see Adam Warlock pop up in these Avengers movies, especially since we saw Adam Warlock's cocoon at the end of "Thor: The Dark World" and we for sure know that The Guardians of the Galaxy will appear in "Avengers: Infinity War." So could Dinklage be playing Pip? Possibly. Although, I don't know if Peter really wants to be type-cast as a little person.

We know that the universe is going to expand even more in these upcoming Avengers movies, so I wonder if he will provide vocal work for cosmic entities. Maybe he's providing his voice for The Living Tribunal or Eternity or Mephisto. He could do good vocal work for any of these characters.

Eternity

Mephisto

The Living Tribunal

All of these characters were important in the Infinity stories in the comics, so anything is possible. All I know is that getting Peter Dinklage is another big win in casting, and I can't wait to find out who he is playing.
